{"id":12862,"date":"2026-03-09T11:30:33","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T09:30:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bluecamper.gr\/payment-policy\/"},"modified":"2026-05-15T08:33:59","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T05:33:59","slug":"payment-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bluecamper.gr\/en\/payment-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Payment Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blue Camper<\/h1>\n\n<p>This Payment Policy governs the terms and payment procedures applicable to every recreational vehicle (RV \/ Camper Van) rental booking of Blue Camper (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the Company&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n<p>Upon completion of the booking, the Customer unreservedly accepts the following terms.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Currency<\/h2>\n\n<p>All prices are quoted and invoiced exclusively in Euros (\u20ac).<\/p>\n\n<p>Any exchange rate differences or bank charges are solely borne by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Booking Confirmation &amp; Payment Obligation<\/h2>\n\n<p>2.1. The booking becomes final and binding only after full payment (100%) of the total rental amount.<\/p>\n\n<p>2.2. Should payment not be completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial booking registration, the Company reserves the right to cancel it without further notice.<\/p>\n\n<p>2.3. The sending of a confirmation email constitutes acceptance of the contract by the Company.<\/p>\n\n<p>2.4. Upon completion of the booking, the renter unreservedly accepts the rental terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Accepted Payment Methods<\/h2>\n\n<p>The Company accepts the following payment methods:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank transfer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PayPal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cash (upon prior written agreement and up to the amount permitted by Greek law)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Electronic payments are processed through certified third-party payment service providers.<\/p>\n\n<p>Blue Camper does not store credit or debit card details on its servers.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Additional Charges &amp; Supplementary Services<\/h2>\n\n<p>4.1. Any additional service or charge arising after the initial booking (e.g., extra equipment, late return, cleaning beyond the usual, damages) may be paid:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>by deduction from the deposit amount, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>by a new charge to the initially used payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>4.2. The Customer expressly accepts that the Company may proceed with a corresponding charge if there is a documented financial claim.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Chargebacks<\/h2>\n\n<p>5.1. In the event of a transaction dispute (chargeback), the Company retains all legal evidence documenting the booking, acceptance of terms, and the service provided.<\/p>\n\n<p>5.2. The Customer is obliged to first communicate in writing with the Company to resolve the dispute, before any banking or administrative action.<\/p>\n\n<p>5.3. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, the Company reserves the right to claim any direct and consequential damages.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Receipt &amp; Invoicing<\/h2>\n\n<p>The issuance of legal tax documents is carried out in accordance with applicable Greek tax legislation.<\/p>\n\n<p>Invoicing details are declared under the sole responsibility of the Customer.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
