{"id":12858,"date":"2026-03-09T11:13:24","date_gmt":"2026-03-09T09:13:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bluecamper.gr\/cancellation-policy\/"},"modified":"2026-05-14T15:04:06","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T12:04:06","slug":"cancellation-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bluecamper.gr\/en\/cancellation-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Cancellation Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blue Camper<\/h1>\n\n<p>This Cancellation Policy constitutes an integral part of Blue Camper&#8217;s Rental Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the Company&#8221;) and applies to every confirmed recreational vehicle (RV \/ Camper Van) rental booking.<\/p>\n\n<p>Upon completion of the booking, the Customer unreservedly accepts the following terms.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Booking Confirmation<\/h2>\n\n<p>The booking is considered final and binding only if:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100% of the total rental amount has been paid, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a confirmation email has been sent by Blue Camper with the indication &#8220;Completed from Blue Camper&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>If payment is not completed within 48 hours of the initial registration, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking without further obligation.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cancellation by the Customer<\/h2>\n\n<p>All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.<\/p>\n\n<p>Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total booking amount:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More than 6 months before check-in: 10% retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From 6 months to 8 weeks before check-in: 30% retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 8 weeks before check-in: 50% retention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Service fees, bank charges, and third-party fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. No-Show<\/h2>\n\n<p>In case of a no-show on the scheduled pick-up date and time, without prior written notice:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The booking is automatically cancelled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Modification or Postponement<\/h2>\n\n<p>Blue Camper may, subject to availability, approve a change of dates.<\/p>\n\n<p>Alternatively, a voucher of equal value to the amount paid may be issued, with the following characteristics:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid for 18 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-convertible to cash<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subject to availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Usable until the amount is exhausted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\n<p>The Company is not liable for cancellations or inability to fulfill a booking due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Extreme weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natural disasters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strikes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government restrictions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pandemics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transport cancellations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>In such cases, a date transfer or voucher may be offered.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Cancellation by the Company<\/h2>\n\n<p>In case of inability to provide the agreed vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The company may offer an equivalent or superior vehicle at no additional charge, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100% of the amount paid will be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The Company is not responsible for additional expenses (flights, accommodation, transfers, etc.) that are not related in any way to the rental.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n<p>All refunds are processed via the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n<p>The completion time ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the banking institution.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
