{"id":12856,"date":"2026-03-10T12:53:42","date_gmt":"2026-03-10T10:53:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bluecamper.gr\/rental-terms-conditions\/"},"modified":"2026-05-14T15:00:51","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T12:00:51","slug":"rental-terms-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bluecamper.gr\/en\/rental-terms-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Rental Terms &amp; Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Blue Camper<\/h1>\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions govern every rental agreement for a recreational vehicle (RV \/ Camper Van) between Blue Camper (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Company\u201d) and the Renter.<\/p>\n\n<p>By completing the booking and signing the rental agreement, the Renter unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Driver Requirements<\/h2>\n\n<p>1.1. The main driver and any additional drivers must:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be at least 23 years old.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold a valid driving license for at least three (3) years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present the original driving license upon vehicle pickup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>1.2. The driving license must remain valid on the check-out date.<\/p>\n\n<p>1.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery if the above requirements are not met, without obligation to issue a refund.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Vehicle Use<\/h2>\n\n<p>2.1. The vehicle is provided exclusively for private and lawful use.<\/p>\n\n<p>2.2. The following are strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subletting or transferring the vehicle to third parties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use for illegal activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in races or speed trials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Driving outside the permitted geographical limits as defined by the Company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Off-road use, unless explicit written permission has been granted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>2.3. Violation of the above terms results in immediate termination of the agreement and full liability of the Renter.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Vehicle Delivery &amp; Return<\/h2>\n\n<p>3.1. The vehicle is delivered in excellent operational and visual condition, as documented in the delivery form (check-in report).<\/p>\n\n<p>3.2. The Renter is required to return the vehicle:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the agreed location<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the agreed date and time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With the same equipment and accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the same condition, excluding wear caused by normal use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>3.3. Late return results in additional charges, which may be calculated proportionally or as an extra rental day.<\/p>\n\n<p>3.4. In the event of an unauthorized extension, the Company reserves the right to take any legal action against the Renter or any party deriving rights from them.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Fuel &amp; Cleanliness<\/h2>\n\n<p>4.1. The vehicle is delivered with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level.<\/p>\n\n<p>4.2. In case of shortage, the Company may charge the fuel cost plus administrative fees.<\/p>\n\n<p>4.3. Excessive mess, stains, odors (e.g. smoke), pet hair, or the need for specialized cleaning will result in additional charges.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Renter\u2019s Liability<\/h2>\n\n<p>The Renter is solely responsible for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Traffic violations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative fines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toll fees and other transit charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damages not covered by the selected insurance package<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any violation of the rental agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Any fine notifications received at a later date may be charged to the Renter.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Right of Termination<\/h2>\n\n<p>The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach of the terms, without obligation to refund the rental amount.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Data Protection<\/h2>\n\n<p>The processing of personal data is governed by the Company\u2019s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
