Blue Camper

This Cancellation Policy constitutes an integral part of Blue Camper’s Rental Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and applies to every confirmed recreational vehicle (RV / Camper Van) rental booking.

Upon completion of the booking, the Customer unreservedly accepts the following terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

The booking is considered final and binding only if:

  • 100% of the total rental amount has been paid, and
  • a confirmation email has been sent by Blue Camper with the indication “Completed from Blue Camper”.

If payment is not completed within 48 hours of the initial registration, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking without further obligation.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total booking amount:

  • More than 6 months before check-in: 10% retention
  • From 6 months to 8 weeks before check-in: 30% retention
  • Less than 8 weeks before check-in: 50% retention

Service fees, bank charges, and third-party fees are non-refundable.

3. No-Show

In case of a no-show on the scheduled pick-up date and time, without prior written notice:

  • The booking is automatically cancelled.
  • No refund will be issued.

4. Modification or Postponement

Blue Camper may, subject to availability, approve a change of dates.

Alternatively, a voucher of equal value to the amount paid may be issued, with the following characteristics:

  • Valid for 18 months
  • Non-convertible to cash
  • Subject to availability
  • Usable until the amount is exhausted

5. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for cancellations or inability to fulfill a booking due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Transport cancellations

In such cases, a date transfer or voucher may be offered.

6. Cancellation by the Company

In case of inability to provide the agreed vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • The company may offer an equivalent or superior vehicle at no additional charge, or
  • 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

The Company is not responsible for additional expenses (flights, accommodation, transfers, etc.) that are not related in any way to the rental.

7. Refunds

All refunds are processed via the original payment method.

The completion time ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the banking institution.

8. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by Greek Law.

The Courts of Thessaloniki shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
