How are campervan pickups and drop-offs arranged?

Pickups and drop-offs take place at our premises or at the airport (for an additional charge). During pickup, we provide a detailed presentation of the vehicle to ensure you feel confident before starting your journey.

Do I need a special license to drive a campervan?

No, a Category B (car) license is sufficient, provided the vehicle weighs under 3.5 tons.

What is included in the rental price?

The basic equipment (kitchen, utensils, refrigerator, sleeping set), basic cleaning, third-party liability insurance, and 24/7 support are included.

What is not included in the price?

Fuel, tolls, additional services (bicycles, child seats, WiFi, linen set), and biological cleaning (if required) are not included.

How is the campervan cleaned?

All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each handover. If you travel with pets, biological cleaning is applied at an additional cost.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, with prior notice. An additional cleaning fee applies.

Do you provide bedding, towels, and pillows?

Yes, these are available as an optional extra, allowing you to choose whether to add them to your booking.

Are the campervans insured?

Yes, all vehicles have full insurance coverage with an excess in case of damage. An option for reduced excess (extra insurance) is also offered.

How can I pay for the booking?

We accept payments by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. A 30% deposit is required for confirmation.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes, provided you notify us at least 14 days before the start date. For last-minute cancellations, refund terms apply according to our rental policy.

Is there a mileage limit or route restriction?

No, you can travel freely throughout Greece with unlimited mileage. Special permission is required for travel outside Greece.

Do you provide technical support during the trip?

Yes, we are available 24/7 and collaborate with a nationwide roadside assistance network. In any case, we remain available by phone.
