Blue Camper

These Terms and Conditions govern every rental agreement for a recreational vehicle (RV / Camper Van) between Blue Camper (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and the Renter.

By completing the booking and signing the rental agreement, the Renter unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1. Driver Requirements

1.1. The main driver and any additional drivers must:

  • Be at least 23 years old.
  • Hold a valid driving license for at least three (3) years.
  • Present the original driving license upon vehicle pickup.

1.2. The driving license must remain valid on the check-out date.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery if the above requirements are not met, without obligation to issue a refund.

2. Vehicle Use

2.1. The vehicle is provided exclusively for private and lawful use.

2.2. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Subletting or transferring the vehicle to third parties
  • Use for illegal activities
  • Participation in races or speed trials
  • Driving outside the permitted geographical limits as defined by the Company
  • Off-road use, unless explicit written permission has been granted

2.3. Violation of the above terms results in immediate termination of the agreement and full liability of the Renter.

3. Vehicle Delivery & Return

3.1. The vehicle is delivered in excellent operational and visual condition, as documented in the delivery form (check-in report).

3.2. The Renter is required to return the vehicle:

  • At the agreed location
  • On the agreed date and time
  • With the same equipment and accessories
  • In the same condition, excluding wear caused by normal use

3.3. Late return results in additional charges, which may be calculated proportionally or as an extra rental day.

3.4. In the event of an unauthorized extension, the Company reserves the right to take any legal action against the Renter or any party deriving rights from them.

4. Fuel & Cleanliness

4.1. The vehicle is delivered with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level.

4.2. In case of shortage, the Company may charge the fuel cost plus administrative fees.

4.3. Excessive mess, stains, odors (e.g. smoke), pet hair, or the need for specialized cleaning will result in additional charges.

5. Renter’s Liability

The Renter is solely responsible for:

  • Traffic violations
  • Administrative fines
  • Toll fees and other transit charges
  • Damages not covered by the selected insurance package
  • Any violation of the rental agreement

Any fine notifications received at a later date may be charged to the Renter.

6. Right of Termination

The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach of the terms, without obligation to refund the rental amount.

7. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek Law.

The Courts of Thessaloniki shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
